    Getting started is simple and streamlined. You’ll also receive a short service agreement and invoice to keep everything clear and professional. Once payment is completed, we’re all set to move on to the next step.

    I’ll access your current site, download everything I need, and upload it to my server, it’ll be like moving to a new house but without the packing and unpacking. No two migrations are exactly alike, since every site has its own mix of hosts, plugins, and themes. But no worries, I’ve done this many times, and I’ll handle it all smoothly, with zero downtime for your website.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel with 30 days notice. Annual plans run for 12 months.

  • What if my site goes down?

    I monitor 24/7 and typically respond to emergencies within 1 hour. Most issues are resolved before you even notice them.

  • Do you work with platforms other than WordPress?

    I specialize in WordPress because that’s where I can deliver the most value. If you’re on another platform, I can help you migrate.

  • What happens during the migration?

    Zero downtime. I clone your site, migrate it to my optimized hosting, test everything, then switch the DNS. Your site stays live the entire time.
