Challenges
The website had problems with its commercial web hosting and server performance, an unstable theme, an excessive number of plugins, and unoptimized content. Its Google ranking was affected by a large amount of unoptimized content that was difficult to manage and update.
Solutions
We conducted a comprehensive audit and implemented improvements: we optimized the content and code, improved theme performance, reduced plugin usage, strengthened security, and configured Google AdSense for monetization.

When Manuel and Listo Marketing took over our website, Artículo 66 was under fire (literally) because police and paramilitaries were attacking massive marches in Managua. And we were also under cyber fire, because Russian trolls were desperate to take down the media outlets reporting on the massacres. We were worried about how to protect ourselves without having to sell a kidney to pay for that level of security. We found the solution. On top of that, at the time we had a block on our monetization system, which Listo Marketing recovered for us, so we were able to get that revenue back.
How did he solve those two huge problems? Well, ask him. He explains it to me, but honestly, I barely know how to write the news and ask questions. I always tell him he’s speaking Chinese, but I just tell him to go ahead and do his thing, and that’s all I need.
