Manuel has been my technical support in business for the past 15 years.

How did he solve those two huge problems? Well, ask him. He explains it to me, but honestly, I barely know how to write the news and ask questions. I always tell him he’s speaking Chinese, but I just tell him to go ahead and do his thing, and that’s all I need.
